Here is a sample of the contract we use with our clients. Please feel free to read

We the undersigned agree on these terms: a minimum, non-refundable twenty five dollar
($25) deposit reserves a date and time for videotaping services. Seventy percent
of expected total cost is due by the date of the shoot. Shooting service rate is
one hundred dollars ($100) per hour per camera. Package 1 includes up to 3 cameras
with operators (as available) for ceremony coverage and one (1) camera for up to
8 hours total, and up to 10 hours editing for $1150. Package 2 includes up to 3 cameras
with operators (as available) for one hour (1) and two (2) cameras up to eight hours
and and up to 10 hours editing for $1500. Each package includes 3 copies. Rate for
extra editing (i.g. baby pictures or recap) is $35 per hour. When extra operators
are unavailable and a locked down situation is used, client shall be held liable
for up to two thousand dollars ($2000.00) per camera in the event the camera is missing
or damaged in a way not covered by providers warranty. Payment in full will be required
at the time of completion of services rendered. EMCEE PRODUCTIONS reserves the right
to withhold all video shot and/or edited by us until payment in full is received.
Payment can be made in cash or by check to EMCEE PRODUCTIONS. While it is the intent
to totally fulfill every client's wishes, EMCEE PRODUCTIONS will not be held liable
for circumstances beyond our control, in the case where any specific event was not
recorded as intended. EMCEE PRODUCTIONS holds copyright of video shot and/or edited
by us, and has clients approval to use this video for demonstration purposes. Payment
of royalties in situations where necessary will be the responsibility of the client.
Royalties of five dollars ($10) per copy plus NYS sales tax will be paid to EMCEE
PRODUCTIONS for any copies not made by us. Prices subject to change without notice.
A copy is in the form of a VHS, SVHS tape or DVD format.
